Aren't the 79 limited wheels 13"? They look good, but the 83 are better. The rotor wheels are just horrible.

82transam - I was looking at a Mazda parts list online and it says they're 14's. I thought that they were 13's too.

Here's the 79 LE wheel. This is on some forum member's car, just to give them credit.

Those almost look like the stock '79 rims... the waffles...

I like the 14" Limited wheels. I have them on my 85 and I think they look classic.

The 79 LE wheels only had twelve vanes and were designed a bit differently than the waffles.

While on the topic, I have 2 sets of 83 LTD wheels. One set is bead blasted and ready for paint. Anyone have any thoughts on what silver to use? The Argent Silver is a classic, but I would like just a touch of metal flake and a little brighter silver. Any ideas?
