Ok I fixed my cooling problem, However I still had a bad timing issue, the car would jerk pretty bad while shifting and such, but then last night as I was just messin around with the air assembly removed, as the car was running I plugged a vacume line and WTF rough idle was GONE. I could not believe it, very strong good idle, I just couldnt believe it, anyways after I took it for a test run, I noticed the car shifted very smooth, like ice. Everything seemed like factory running. Im going to try and get some pics up here of which vacume to plug up if you have timing issues and nothing u have done seemed to work you might wanna try this
Location: Driver side, connected to lower carb connects upto the air housing assembly, Its the bigger vacume line not the real small line.
Take the air assembly off, Turn the car on(All the way on) and plug this vacume with your finger to see if the car runs strong and smooth, it worked for me, I hope this helps someone out there.

hehe probably, im not really sure but I should look again I think this vac line connects not to the lower carb but the intake??? ill look again.

It is a real PITA to change, and it is not cheap for the part (~$200), But yes, that valve likes to rot and becomes a huge vaccumn leak. You will notice a significant improvement when it is replaced too, because all you have done is mask the issue.

I have tried finding a used on of these but after six or seven tries they have all leaked at least a little bit of vacuum. Presumably a new one will be vacuum tight, at least for a while.
The shutter valve cuts off fuel flow to the rear rotor when deacellerating, reducing emissions and fuel consumption. However these gains are small compared to the expense and trouble of keeping a good shutter valve in there so a lot of people just block it off so that the shutter is in the open position.

thanks guys for the help, I guess il be buying a new shutter valve, could I get this thing at say checkers or napa ect...??? and if so whats the part number if anyone happens to have it???
