The question is still unanswered.

Who is actually running nitrous NOW and what is the max they have hit their 12A with Please no more "my friend" stories or "I read in SuperStreet" incidentals; first person accounts only...

No I mean 1 fogger nozzle, like this one, to in the intake.

You are talking about a Direct port system, yea those are good but overkill for the amount of N20 a 1.3 can run.

And one nozzle is $40 vs having a plate made if your running stock carb and intake like I am.

Hmm thats not too bad at all. How much would you pay for a 75 shot, if you did this fogger yourself.

About 300 if you buy new, although you can piece together or buy a used kit for much less.

heres another N20 question... (minor thread jack, sorry)

How much fuel pressure is needed for it to work effectively?

Also, how much flow? (say for a 50 or 75 shot)

I ask because I've been looking into nitrous as a cheaper power alternative (in favor of a finnicky blow-thru turbo) and I want to know what I'll need on the fuel side to make it all work.

no I mean how much fuel the nitrous kit is going to need. Basically I'm trying to figure out its at all possible that I could just run a fuel line off the other side of my soon-to-be-installed Holley FPR, with the fuel coming from my new Carter pump, and that would be adequate for a small shot (50 or so).

If it is I'll be incredibly happy, and soon to be spraying.

And by the way, the kit I'm looking at is the NOS Top Shot system, unless someone makes a few plates for the nikki and stock intake.

There are 2 different Holley fprs, a 1-4 psi and a 4-9 psi. If they were junk, they wouldn't still be in production for, oh 30+ years.

well i know of about 11 in my basement that are defective....holley has a very good name and there other stuff is good but as for there FPR well you get what you pay for they are 1 of the cheepest you can get...and it shows

also my FPR wont go below 4 so i dont think its the 1-4 and when i got it it was the 4-9 FPR new in the box stock on 4 psi

Look on Ebay...

1000 is ridicious.... The same fogger kit can be used on any car. Doesn't matter if it's a mustang or a pinto.
