Hot-Wire setups are completely different than the 'deflecting wind vane' design in our Bosch L-Jetronic based fuel injection systems on the 84/85 SE's.

I have not seen any write up's on a hot-wire install, but would think that you may be able to put something together from parts. It wouldn't be easy, and would also take a custom wiring setup and would not use the standard N304 ECU that SE's are designed to function with. This would also require new fuel injector mapping to make use of the new (and different amp/volt) signal.

You're talking full custom setup for gaining, what, maybe 10-15 horses? Not worth it in my book, but others may disagree.

If you're going through that effort, you might want to look into a microtech fuel mapping ECU replacement which uses engine RPM and gain instead of MAF or Airflow Meter signal. I don't know much about those, however, so you'll need to do some research. Good luck,

Or just go with a carb! Like mentioned above, it's too much work.
