You start with fuel, then onto air, then ignition right? I mean its pretty basic, make sure fuel flows at the speced rates and volumes, make sure the air mixture works and then make sure you are getting good spark.
My guess is its a fuel flow issue since it may be new to you.

Fuel:
I added a new fuel pump, new fuel filter, fresh gas and took the injectors to RC for refurbishment. Check the pump and it runs when cranking. Also took of the fuel line at the engine and gas pumps out when cranking. T1 and T2 injector get very wet when cranking.
Air:
Not sure how to check that?
Spark:
Seems very weak, I put the plug with wire ner the strut tower and can hardly see the spark, car does run on starter fluid though. I added 2 new coils, also swapped the igniters but that made no difference. Today I am going to get a new distributor rotor and cap, any other ideas?
Thank you
That isn't one of the old Rotary Engineering 'Turbo Alternative's that were put into the cars built by Mariah (not just the body kit), so I'd assume its just a stock GSL-SE. Id treat it as such.
