I borrowed them from a friend of mine for a few months just see how they would look and ride. Ive never heard of the brand before but they were called Bryals. I didnt really like it. Id rather have 15s

Great service list!! Things like this make this forum fabulous! Thanks for taking the time to post it!
Couple of other maintenance thoughts, especially for new owners when no proven service records come with the car;

Cooling System:-
-get the rad pulled and tank-dunk-cleaned. These are 20+ year old cars and just changing the fluid - even regularly - will not eliminate the eventual build-up in the rad.
-at the same time replace ALL the coolant hoses unless you know they are new/recent. includes the hoses running to the in-car heater thru the firewall
- mazda's racing dept recommends distilled water mixed 50-50 with coolant. I've run my stock 80 RX with distilled for years with no problem, and it eliminates a source of mineral deposits in the cooling system. Newbies: cooling problems kill the most roto-motors!!

Tranny and Diff:
These are vented units, meaning that air is circulated in them from the outside, THAT means moisture gets in and eventually buggers up the lube. These oils should be changed immediately when you buy the car unless proven service. Owners seem to think you can change 'em once and forget about them... Change every 2 years regardless of mileage.

Thanks for the input, Stu. I knew I didn't have all points covered but rather, the ones that seem to be the most obvious. This thread is more useful to new RX7 owners when others add to it as you have here. Even us veterans can still learn a few things and owners of these cars (or any other car for that matter) can never have too much knowledge when it comes to proper care and feeding of them.
