my limited slip is starting to slip on me now when im doing donuts, ill get about halfway around and it will start to act like a one wheeler....

my question is can i add one or two more thrust washers or friction plates to tighten it up? or is there somethign else i can do?

Mazdacomp has the stuff you need to tighten it up/rebuild it. Mazdatrix probably has the parts breakdown as well.

Running that wide of rear tire, I'd say it's time to rebuild the the diff to race spec. There are some good rebuild threads in the archives and the FSM. Once rebuilt and installed, there's a break away test using a torque wrench. You might wish to shoot for 90-110 ft/lbs. Iirc, 70+ is good for stock. Do that test before even staring dis-assembly to establish a baseline. This will give you an idea of what parts you may need. Once apart, measure all the discs for in spec tolerances. It doesn't take much to increase breakaway torque #s.
