i have an 83' rx7 draw through turbo charged running 5 lbs of boost. stock port. holley 600. when I floor it and the wastegate opens it makes a real loud pop. until i let out of it. i dont know what it is fuel, spark, please help

 

sounds like backfire obviously... It may be running too rich.

 

is the wastegate vented, or is it plumed back into the exaust?

 

its vented
