lost the and bill-of-sale is it still possibel to get a new title?

lost the and bill-of-sale is it still possibel to get a new title?
my 85' rx7 has no title and or bill-of-sale is is still possible to get a new title or abandon title of some sort?

You have to go to a knowledgeable attorney to get it done in Ill. will cost you about $300 in legal fees plus regular fees. Dealers and auto shops do it all the time.
