Loss of power at higher rpm range

I have recently noticed a loss of power at high rpm's in my '83. I also noticed that when the car is warming up and the choke is engaged i only see fuel dripping from the two jets in the smaller pair of barrels in the carb. is that normal? Any help would be appreciated

Yes, that is normal. First thing to change at this time if it has not been changed in awhile is the fuel filter.

I changed your title to reflect your driveability issue. It helps when members are looking at the title and in the future when using the search function.
