Looking for remanufactured engines in Ontario

Looking to get a fresh engine for my rx7 but having issues finding any places in my area. I’m running a 12a and would like to keep it that way but if anyone can suggest where I can find a shop that could remanufacture my engine or I can buy a reman engine from that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

There are two main engine builders you can try that have been around for a long time:

www.atkinsrotary.com
www.mazdatrix.com

There are many other independent builders such as Kevin Landers that do excellent work. You may want to create a post in the regional forums asking around to see if anyone knows anyone local that can help out.

Check out Duncan Stewart Wood on Facebook. He runs the "CANADA ROTARY" FB group, lots of good support there. Duncan is a good guy and will have everything you need, will probably have a full engine (tho not reman), and if not he can help you rebuild or offer you rebuild services.

Allegedly, Kevin no longer does 12As due to difficulty in finding usable cores. I'm sure if you had acceptable parts he may be more inclined. That said I'm in no way speaking for him, just speculating.
