Looking for a place to buy aftermarket boots for the SA

Ok, I have been searching the threads and everyone says redline racing and forum members. I would like to buy a boot for my shifter and e-brake. I talked to RedLine and they will make me a set for free. That way they can make boots for 79-80, but I have to send in my old ones to be taken apart for a template which takes 2-3 weeks, put down a $50 per boot deposit and write a how to (to get the deposit back).

Has anyone bought a set from another company (Momo, APC) and they fit fine? I was thinking about buying a universal set and just taking them to a seamstress, Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

I can make you a shift boot. I run Daddy's Car Accessories. we started out in the Honda world and are slowly working our way into the RX-7 world.
