I'm looking for a mirror base (8341-69-131) for the passenger side power mirror.
This is the short piece that bolts directly to the door panel.

I pulled my passenger mirror off this weekend to paint it. One of the phillips
screw heads going into the mirror base was stripped. I was able to get it
out and remove the base from the car. When the car was originally assembled
the screw entered it's hole at an angle. This stripped the threads in the screw
hole and on the screw. I suspect that's why the phillips head was rounded out
too.
