i dont believe that the japanese model -SE's had a turbo option. 12AT was made in japan.
you have a 13B motor and that's mostly the same as the 86-91 with some exceptions.
It depends what kind of intercooler you want. The 2nd gens had a top mount intercooler to match up with their hood scoop, but any Front mount intercoolers are aftermarket. Ebay has huge ones that some people have used, and also used Isuzu NPR(i think that's the model) stock intercooler. you might want to research some more before you make your mind.
