rx7gslse the header panel is simple, it's an original metal header panel with 4 square air vents cut out. Took me about 2 hours to make, and looks nice. I would prefer making it out of fiberglass but my racing class won't allow it.

82streetracer, yeap thats a breather...

this is a backup engine as my actual engine is undergoing a bridge port.

small streetported side plates
race ported exhaust, no difuser (IT'S BIG)
mindtrain header 2.5" collector
3" Greddy street muffler
atkins apex seals
magnecore spark plug cables
factory clearanced
79-83 type engine heavy rotors w/ stock light FW
weber carb

I tested the plates and housing ports on a previous engine that lost a bearing due to poor lubrication found pieces of gasket material covering the oil pick up tube and overeving it before proper break in and ran a mid 14 in the 1/4 over 180 FWHP untuned.

engine is undergoing break in process so far I have managed to put in about 56miles only.

I got a race in two weeks, I'll take some pictures at the track for the practice session this weekend.

later...
