lol, found some airhorns in my car!

i was messing around trying to find something to block my radiator temporarily til i get a mazda thermostat and when i yanked the front rad cover i flipped it over and found this! air horns. haha they arent connected now, but it looks like a previous owner had them set and ready to go.

i thought it was kind of funny. i wonder how they even had them connected?

Run them off the stock air pump that's used for emissions. Just wire up some sort of Y-actuator to your horn relay

as for using the airpump, thats long gone. was removed/blocked when i bought this 13b. hehe

Years ago, I ran across a guy that had installed the air horn off of a locomotive in his car. Having worked for the railroad for many years, I can tell you there is nothing out there that will get someones attention faster than one of these horns. When I would stand out on the front of an engine, I had to covers my ears, even on the soft toots of the horn, they will make you deaf.

Always thought that would be a 'fun' mod. Hook your's up and be heard.
