Little brake help over here
CAN SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT I THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LOAD AND UNLOADED BRAKE CALIPERS ARE????? WHER SHOULD I BE BUYING PARTS FROM... IS THERE A KNOLIGIBLE MACHANIC I THE CHICAGO AERA

Anywhozer.. Loaded includes pads and any necessary hardware needed for the pads. It also includes sliders and applicable hardware to mount the caliper... SOmetimes it even comes with a new caliper bracket...
Unloaded is just a bare caliper... Nothing more, Nothing less... No pads, No hardware.
Persoanlly, I'd get loaded and a pair of hoses (Unless you have steel braided.) for both sides.

Hi, please dont type in caps. 
For the front, c clamp will be fine, for the rear you need a tool for disc brakes to allow you to turn them, they screw in, unlike the fronts. You can get it at the autoparts store. It looks like a small metal cube with **** on it (poor description sorry).

sorry about the caps dude at auto parts store told me he dont have it. went toauto zone these cats dont know **** about my or any rx-7any place in perticular i can get this tool for im only doing the rear brakes. is there a different tool i could get. any help would be apprecheated..

The rear disk brake tool is universal. That's why it's cube shaped, 6 different "tit" combinations to fit whatever car your working on.
Autozone or Advance should have this. Try NAPA or your local mom and pop store.
Being your hoses are 18 years old, they might be getting soft. Meaning they expand when you apply the brakes so you lose a little braking feel and capability. I never replaced mine as the brakes felt more firm then many new cars.
BTW, I never buy loaded calipers. Mostly because I don't know what kind of piece-o-crap pads are comming with them.
