Question 'lil SE help?

I finished replacing my injectors today.
While I had the UIM off I thought I would do a little other maintenance. I replaced the vacuum lines underneath the UIM, put in a TB coolant bypass and did the TB mod.
All this took about a week (I'm slow). I knew it would be about that long to get everything done so I put some MMO (about 4 cap fulls, 1 per intake runner) down the intake to soak the rotors while I was doing everything else. I rotated the engine by hand after putting the MMO in to spread it around. Chug-chug-chug, sounded fine.

Well, I got everything back together today and tried to start it up expecting a huge cloud of mosquito-killin' smoke. What I got was a free spinning engine.
I pulled the plugs and spun the engine and felt some compression pulses but it didn't "chug", it whistled.

Did I kill it? I made sure to keep the intake runners covered until I finished the other work and was prepared to re-install the UIM. I can only think the MMO dissolved the carbon and redeposited it in a way to lock the seals. Do you think another MMO treatment would fix the problem?

Edit: One thing did work out right. I replaced my steering wheel. The new one looks great!

If I ain't got nothing else, I gots great timing!
I got the 7 running again yesterday afternoon. It took LOTS of cranking but I'm sure I killed some mosquitos.

The timing part? The car finally started right as some of the apartment maintenance workers were passing by on thier Cushman. The looks of disbelief on thier faces at the cloud of smoke was priceless.
