Lightbulb Lights on the right side

Hi guys, first time posting here. I have an 84 gsl-se. The lights (both front and back do not come on), however the headlight does come on when I switch it onto full beam. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong? I though it might be one of the relays but I really have no idea where to start from.

Sounds like the contacts are dirty. To clean them, you'll have to pull the turn signal assembly off.

VERY VERY common problem, you need to take the cluster assy out from behind the steering wheel and spray it out with contact cleaner... If you do a little search you will see a few others that had the same problem... My car was one of them
