I have a question about storing an engine. I have two motors in my storage in my apt and was cleaning it out today getting ready to work on my car.

I was moving one of my motors and I rolled onto its back, where the clutch/flywheel would be and a lot of oil starting to leak out. Is that supposed to happen?
