Question leak somewhere....any thoughts?

A few nights ago during a heavy thunderstorm, my car leaked very badly, although I didn't notice the next day until my friend sat in the car and when she got up from the seat it looked like she pissed herself. The headliner was very wet underneath the passenger side visor, and the passenger seat was drenched too. I have just installed new door seals, so I don't think it was leaking from the door. My car does have an after-market glass moonroof in it....so I'm not sure if it's leaking from there....but there was no water on the headliner near the moonroof. The main concentration of water was right where the passenger side visor is, so does this mean my main windshield is leaking somewhere? If it is, does anyone know how to fix it? thanks.

From what you've describe it sounds like it may be a leaking windsheild. In that case, you have to get a new seal installed.

check

there are little drain holes in the moon roof well. Check to see if these are clogged same thing happened to me a few winters ago.

I have an after market sunroof on the widebody. It has 4 drain holes. I noticed the body had an odd rust pattern I'd never seen before. After I had the interior stripped out, I found the drain tubes. The clowns that installed the sunroof ran the drain tubes about 1/2 way down inside the A and B pillars, where they stopped.

I extended them and ran the out to the front and rear inner fender wells. From your description, the drain tubes are plugged. I would also check to see where the tubes terminate.
