lagging tach?

It just started to do this, i first noticed it when i was going and the buzzer came on at 6000 then the tach jumped to 7500? it does it at different points in the rpm but only when i have my foot to the floor. i was thinking maybe connector, coils, ignitor, or maybe the cold weather? anyone else have this happen to them?

Probably the cold weather. The (very old) grease gets stiff. Mine did the same thing last year. I replaced the instrument cluster with a younger one and that fixed it.
