Are KYB's good for the 1st gen RX7? I've searched through the forum and found that KYB is a "choice" but as far as testimonials are concerned, have the KYB's provided you with the expected satisfaction? I'm talking shocks struts and bushings, etc.
thanks.

I have KYB shocks. The car is used over every type of road from expressway to rough rural roads.
Combined with poly bushes and upgraded sway bars, they are excellent giving good ride and roadholding. There was also an improvement latter when I replaced the coils which after 20 years had lost their spring. The total suspension is now better than original, slighly stiffer without a bumpy ride.
In summary, they were a good purchase.
