Knocking from flywheel?

So i just got back from my first 80 mile drive in my sa. Everything was great there and on the way back then wen i pulled into my neighborhood i heard a knocking sound from what it seemed like my flywheel. It only knocks when it is in nutural with no load. Then wen i started her back up later that afternoon the tach went straight to 5k at idle and would rev from there. Im stumped any help?

Sounds like either your throw-out bearing or the pilot bearing needs replacing, but I find that it makes noise well before it completely fails. How noisy is it?
