Kickryde Exhaust System

Alright, I am looking at a kickryde header back exhaust system. My first question is; have any of you had any experience with this set-up. Especially the noise! I am very interested in buying this, but I just need to know how loud it is. Thanks ahead of time!

Never heard of it. Got a link or pictures?

Keep in mind that the number one thing about any exhaust for any rotary is that is must be extremely durable, due to the high exhaust temps. For example, the average life expectancy of a glass-pack muffler on a cat-less 12A is about an hour.

The company you get it through is kickryde, but the brand is Mindtrain. The exhaust systems are said to be durable and are made specially for the rx7.

I believe "BadassRX-7" had a full Mindtrain sysytem on his car and it was apparently very good quality.

Revolution: what kinda rims and wheels are those? and do they fit the stock SA bolt pattern? oh ya im runnin like complete straight pipe header(it was made by somone on this board i think)... i baught it used its very tough, through straight pipe... though a straight through SS muffler... its very loud... but it sounds prety sweet... i am gonna get some glasspacks open em up stuff em with SS wool and weld em back up then take out the connecting pipe i have and replace it with 2 or 3 SS packed "glass-packs" it has a very unique tone...

I've heard very good things about the Mindtrain exhaust. The header, from what I understand, is a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory exhaust manifold. What this means is that you can use the rest of the stock exhuast system as is or if you need to run a cat you can use the Bonez cat replacement pipe.

Oh yeah, and the wheels are American Racing Wheels. But I dont think you can get a hold of them anymore.

I run a mindtrain header thru a 2.5" exhaust to a Greddy muffler. No presilencer, 3 foot flames and acceptable noise levels.
