Keeps trying to flood while driving???????

ok i'll be driving and floor it in 2 or what ever gear when going up a slight incline and when it gets up in the rpm's it sometimes floods so i have to let off. i would'nt care but when i do auto-x it will really make me mad to just stop in the middle of the track until it feels like going again. any suggestions? thanks

i'm sure it's not leaning out because when it does it if i do'nt let off the gas it will flood a crazy amount and then just stop. and it did it when i had all my emissions junk on and a piece of junk air filter, now i have a K&N and i have all the emissions crap removed (air pump, acv, etc...) and i also modified the air box so it's getting plenty of air i know that but what i forgot to say was that it has an aftermarket fuel pump that is loud. it is a purolator blue kind and so i'm thinking than it is pumping too much psi. Does anyone know how to adjust them or where to buy a fpr for less than $20. thanks
