Yeah, there's a lot you can do with a first gen. And congrats on your find.
Do a search for: "turbo II swap" - there is a lot of info posted/stored here for that.

Welcome to the website. As an introduction, you will notice the "Search" feature in the top right corner of your computer screen. If you click on it and type in keywords, all pages containing those words are brought up, allowing you to browse material covering that specific issue.
You will find RX7 club to be a well of useful information. Just be careful, because a lot of people on here get really tired of new people who post threads that say "How do I find aftermarket partezzzz"...because as you can imagine, it happens many times per week.
Not to be a hater. I will suggest you use the search function. I will throw you a couple of bones, because I am a nice guy: www.racingbeat.com is an excellent website for aftermarket RX7 parts. www.grannysspeedshop.com is an excellent website for those considering doing an engine swap. You will find quickly that many people debate on whether or not an RX7 with a V8 swap is a true RX7, though.
Good luck, and although I am not like, an ambassador for the forum, welcome anyway. You would be wise to learn how to use the search function, and quickly.

Hi, And welcome to the forum.
Take some time and read the FAQ section. It has alot of links for most of the questions that you will be asking.
Also the archives is where we retain threads permantely for future reference. Best thing to do is print out the material and read. When you get done reading, read some more. The more knowledgeable you become with your car the easier it will be to do the mods and repairs that you will be doing in the future. :-)
