hey everyone. as some of you might know i have been asking about the whole 13 b swap deal. recently i tracked down a 1988 turbo 13b. i really wanted the 200 horsepower version, but this one may have to do. the guy offered me a price of 700 bucks for the 13b. his original price on the '90 13b was 850 bucks. do you guys think i am getting agood deal. he assures me the motor has less than 40 thousand km's on it. thanks

How do you feel about it? Sound good to you? First thing I would do would be tear it down and Mic everything and change little parts before it got out of hand. No price is too much if you feel comfortable about what your getting.

thats really not that bad of a price of a 89+ turbo motor. take a look at the turbo and manifold thats a good indicator of how to motor was ran and maintained..
