Jet sizes for a 45dcoe on a cosmo 13b

Hey everyone, I have a cosmo 13b 4-port in my car; I bought it that way. Anyway, it has a 45 dcoe on it, and it was my understanding that the 45 is too small for a 13b to begin with. Well I can tell that my carb isn't tuned right due to throttle response and the way the spark plugs look..
Does anyone have suggestions as to what jets should be placed in there so it can get the most power out of it and the spark plugs don't look extremely black when I pull them out? Thanks.

180 main fuel jets, f11 or f16 emulsion tubes, 160 air jets, and for idle jets use 60 f9 or 65 f9... the 45 is a bit small for a 13b , but it will work.. hope that helps
