JDM Engines

Was wondering aout buying used engines from Mazda Drag Racing. Would it be a good idea to buy one of theses low mileage engines and run it till rebuild time or just buy an already rebuilt engine. If I go used I will probably bolt in a 13b Turbo setup. Any recommendations?
