Its Still Alive!!

In august I sat my rex hibernation. In December I tryed to start it.. I checked all the fluids.. and went.. WTF where did all the antifreeze went. I said damn its dead. I tried and tried.. engine would rotate and nothing would happen.. not even the smell of gas would fill the carb. I checked the flow of gas out the fuel hoses,, that worked, I said freak it its dead.. ohh well.

today. a friend of mine comes to pick up some light fixtures I had laying around the garage.. he askes me about the car. I let him know whats up.. he tells me to get out for an hr.. 15 minutes later I hear the engine roar!!.. wow wtf.. I asked him what he did and told me a old trick that his dad showed him. Well its running again.wOOt!!!

now for the bad news.. the engine is running extreamly smooth at 800rpm. Every 10 seconds or soo.. I hear something coming from inside the engine.. I am not sure what it is.. I think it sounds like something might have fallen in or worst.. maybe theres an apex seal that gone..?

I rebuilt the carb in early august. after the engine runs and gets warm.. it runs very ruff allmost shuts off at time.. what gives? should I take the carb off and take the shutter valve off? Other than a rebuild (because I got bigger plans) what should I do? just to have something to drive the car from my house to the shop where its going to get a tranplant.

I don't know what he did. He will not tell me.. the engine turns on with a slight gas press when key is turned. only thing is that noise I hear every once in a while.. screw it. it doesn;t matter since its getting swaped out anyway.

I do get a puddle under the carb between the intake and the engine... not sure why it happends though. the intake has never been taken off
