Bump for interest

 

Okay guys I'll have the lights tomorrow. I was doing some practicing today with a piece of cardboard and I think these are going to turn out awesome. I'll make sure to take plenty of pictures tomorrow with the progress. I'll probably take pics of how they look without the outer lense on, with the outer lense on without any tint on it, one layer of tint, 2 layers, 3 layers, both day and night. I think that should cover all bases on pictures for everyone. Then I think aws140 will be able to better choose whether he wants smoked or not. I'm excited, I can't wait!

 

I got the lights and they are almost done. I had to go into work today for 4 hours so it set me back. Pics should be up within the hour

 

First pictures are in. Left side light without cover and with outer lense with 1 coat of Niteshades

 

Second pics are in. right side light without cover and with outer lense with no Niteshades

 

Third set of pictures are in. Keep in mind my camera does suck and the left side lights have 1 coat of Niteshades tint. The pics don't do these lights justice. They are beautiful

Last pictures for tonight. Left side with 2 coats of Niteshades. I'd say they were decent coats and should be dark enough for anyone. Will get day pics of right side light with no Niteshades, 1, and 2 coats. I'm definitely happy with the lights. I'm ready to start taking lights when everyone is ready

Yep. The lenses do have some cracking to them though, although it's not substantial. I think two good coats would be good enough for you. I'm really happy with them. I'll ship them to you as soon as I know you can ship your lights to me same day or next day of recieving them

 

Well, i definatly wont be able to do it until atleast October 6th. That probably when im going to see matt, who currently has my car lol.

First day time pictures are in. These are the right side lights with no smoke just clear lense. I am very pleased. I think you all will love these lights. Second pic is with the lights on but in direct sunlight it's hard to tell

 

Second day pics are in. Note, the left turn signal is brighter than it appears, I happened to catch it as it was turning off. Plus side by side comparisons

New pics. Right side light with one heavy coats of Niteshades. I'll do one more light coat and everything will be finished.

 

Okay last pics are in. The lights are done. I took a pic with the flash to show that even with Niteshades the reflector still functions. I like these so much I'm going to keep them on my car until the first person is ready who needs them.

 

those are awesome man but with the smoked lens are the brake lights still visible enough in the daylight.
also they connect to the stock wiring right?

 

Connect to all stock wiring. The brake lights are easily visible in the daylight. those pics are just with the normal lights on and no brake light. PM me if you're interested in a set or have anymore questions

 

With the new sets of pictures I really am torn between nightshade or no nightshade now.

Oh well, I still have a couple days to decide.
