Question Internal Fuse Box

does the internal fuse box have a harness? or is it hard wire? ie: i want to replace it because one of the metal pecies that hold the fuse broke (when it blew)now the metal peice is missing and want to replace the whole fuse box.................or can i just replace the metal peice

I just had mine out today, and it looks like its just a molded plastic piece that has copper pieces that snap in place. So, if you had a new copper piece that hold the fuse, you could just solder the wires o it, snap it in place or whatever, and you should be good to go. This of course, is all just a guess because Ive never done it. This was on an 83 by the way. The fuse box is only held up there by like 2 screws, so you should be able to investgate it easily .

I've seen your car around Glendale. You have a nice car! Keep it clean. What do you have under the hood?
