Interior
Okay I'm looking to paint or dye my interior black and red in coordination. Now before you all start jumping on me and saying use the search. I already have. Most people either show the results of what they've done but never what they've used, how long it lasts for and where in the hell in Canada can I get me hands on some. I've been to many car supply places but noone has any. Please I need something that will last an eternity on the vynal. I want to get the interior back together and the subs in.

Auto paint stores
Well there you go.
Do it like the Pro's do. go to the Auto paint store and they will set you up. There is so meny Companies that make spay on porducts out there and back it the 70's and 80's the auto makers would spray on color for some plastic peaces and you can tell on some old cars out there where the plastic peaces are red, but under it where it's worn it's black.
Dupont has 222 as a base then the color coat and it's on there. Mosty used now for Prep on new car Urethane rubber bumpers so it will flex without craking....

Oh Vinyl
I didnt see the vinyl part
Vinyl....Hmmm there was this paste I got for a leather boot shop I ordered that works really well and there are a lot of colors. My $350 cowboy boots went from Tan to Black in a day and it has never ever came off.
But I dont know if it works on Vinyl. Start calling the leather stores and boot shops. I hope I helped

I used Molecubond in an airplane about 2 years ago, (on vinyl, plastic, and leather pieces). It has held up as advertised no wear, scratching, or chipping. Molecubond is supposed to chemically bond to the vinyl, not a surface coating like paint. They matched the color from a sample I sent. There are other comparable products. Parasol and Molecubond are both based in Canada, and the other brand, SEM, should be available there also. Try auto paint stores or order from the manufacturer.
You can seriously use any old spray paint, enamel actually. But all you have to do is get a good prep on it. Like use a good sandable primer, that will fill in all of the cracks really nice. And then apply 2-3 coats of the paint. I used $2 spray paint from autozone and it has held up for 2 years, no cracks, no chips, It is all starting to come together. I would say the secret to any good paint, is the prep, and on this kind of surface, use the sandable primer it will make a world of difference. And for more pics go to my website.

For plastics, I used some plastic spray paint that I purchased at Lowes. American Traditions, I believe was the brand, they didn't have Krylon.
One note of caution though, I tried the "Classic Burgandy" which the color on the cap matches perfectly to my interior. However it did not turn out anything like the cap. Maybe if I painted it black first then burgandy over the top. I've heard that reds are the hardest to paint.
I gave up and went black, so far its great.
