Intake Manifold Compatibility

Has anyone mounted a TII intake system to an older 4-port 13B?

I'd like to give that a try. The lower mount studs are in different locations, but I can't tell without disassembly whether they can be simply re-drilled and spotfaced in the new locations. I have no idea at this point how well the port will line up.

Disassembly with occur later this fall, but I'd like to find out what I'm going to be up against now.

Any ideas folks?

I don't recommend that at all.

You don't need addittional stresses on the engine in places it simply was not designed to take.

Use a different intake. An "old school" 13B and a TII 13B are not the same.
