Instrument thingy Pricing? (Please help)

Ok, I went to check out my ignition afew days ago, and when I took the casing off from behind the steering wheel, I was able to move the whole chunk of plastic (the piece with the blinker leaver and what not on it) from side to side, I didn't think that was good, so I took the steering wheel off, and checked it all out, well, the plastic piece that holds it to the column (it a little groove thingy) broke, it was broke along time ago I figure, but I had to fix it, so I tried everything, JB welding glue, 2 ton glue, EVERYTHING, but it wont work, it doesnt firmly snap onto the neck, normally it just seperates the epoxy from the plastic, and I start all over again

So I was wondering, how much does it cost for one of these pieces on the net, and is it even possible to buy one of these pieces on the net, cause the junk yards have no rx7s at all, the guy acted like I was asking if they had any farrari Enzo kicking it there or something, he was little to no help, so I am asking here, is there a place that sells these, or someone that has one just laying around that I can buy for fairly cheap, cause I really really need one, or atleast some advice on how to fix the one I have now

Thanks

If you're in California, Mazda Recycling in Rancho Cordova has a couple of combo switches at $35. I don't know if they'll sell the piece you need separately.
