Injectors cleaned and balanced, odd flow rate

So I sent my injectors to Injector-Rehab and they came back today. Including shipping to and from, it only took 7 days and including all shipping costs, it was $40. Not too bad.

The odd thing is in the balance and flow test sheet, it says they are flowing at 720cc's. I know the stock injectors are supposed to be 680cc, so is the higher actual flow rate normal or did someone, at some point in the past, modify these?

it is my understanding this is normal on injectors with plenty of miles on them, the sizing of the holes inside the injector become larger over time due to wear. Allowing them to flow more then the minimum which they say they can, which happens to be 680cc.

Another thing to consider is they were probably tested at industry standard pressures of 43psi. However Mazda rails typically regulate to 35psi. Can anyone confirm this?
