im on to something "gauges"

ok finally im getting some results im happy with,

this is the very 1st test set with my new method,
they wil be much diferent when in production,
also they will be available to light up in
red
blue
stock orange "or best i can match it"

ok there still reverse indiglo but this i started with something simple,
the very first reverse indiglo

white face black number by day
black face iluminated white numbers by night

here they are

day time

night time

the numbers are much brighter in person,
you can only pick up so much with a camera in pitch black darkness

well i tried quite a few times previously to change the colors on diferent things, but in a chameleon way.
such as my gauges that are
silver face white number by day
black face blue lit numbers by night
which are found here

but i was using translucent blue velumn, then printing the white numbers, then the silver face
now you know my secret,
im starting to think the only way is with blue bulbs
"which is what i promised it wouldnt be"
but im still working on it,

if i just fill in the numbers with blue then there gonna be blue even in the day time,
which is what i dont want

and its a bitch to change the bulbs if the cluster is in the dash where it should be,

ok,ok, i'll get back to the drawing board

lets see if i cant get a good set ran off by next weekend

A lite Carbon Fiber style Reverse Indiglo is what I want.

SILVER Face, BLACK Numbers by day
BLACK Face, BLUE Numbers by Night.

OR, if it "Just Aint Happening.."

SILVER Face, BLACK Numbers by day
BLACK Face, ORANGE Numbers by Night. (Stock Night Look)
