You probably would have been better off with some TII seats. But as long as you aren't a big person they might hold up.

A car can only go as fast as you can drive it. You'd be suprised how much time a good pair of seats and a harness can take off lap times. Quality seats are definitely worth the money.

I like the bolsters on my seats. Are the SE seats different from the GSL?

The seats changed for 84-85. They had better lumbar and tilt adjustment, and larger and firmer bolstering.

I have seats from an '85, but since they are two-tone grey they would look terrible in my brown '83 interior. So I'm just going to get a single black racing seat.

pretty sure that's what im going to do too...

i just found a sweet momo seat at the shop here in niagara falls...$199 cdn. display model
its not race certified, but that doesn't really matter. im probably gunna buy it. its even got yellow momo stitching, and inserts to match my yellow exterior

then i'll need a passenger seat since i already sold my stock seats...thinking about a TII seat, but worried about the bracket on that side, and whether or not i might run into troubles. need more info

They gave me a hard time about it, but eventually I assume they said to themselves, "JUST SHUT UP, we'll do it if you get off our *** about it..."
