Exclamation Ignition setup problem (picture)

I need your expertise.

I have an 85 gsl se EFI.

My car turns on using the leading coil, and also the trailing coil!

What im atrying to say is even if i disconnect the Leading coil from the distrubutor, and switch the trailing to the leading side, the car still turn on, using only 1 coil as spark sender..

when i use both, the car still turns on, but doesnt keep on for long because it dies from too much fuel!

both my leading and trailing + are connected by the same wire!

this is due to an alarm system which was installed in the car.. i dont think this is right since i have removed the alarm board all together, but the wires are still as so..

I'll take some pictures of this setup to show you better.

The car manages to turn on by me having a cutoff gas switch. since there is so much fuel being dumped, i cut the fuel off and it starts and stays reving at 3-4k for about 5-6 seconds! thats how much fuel is there.. and if after it turns on, by me putting the fuel on, it dies right away by flood of fuel

(this may not be the problem all together, but i have read everything from timing, to vacuums to iddle adjustments and tps setting.. )

I got your PM, but unfortunately I'm no expert with EFI systems. The guy you'll probably want to talk to is GSL-SE addict. He's very familiar with both the EFI systems, and ignition systems.

step one, rip out alarm

step two; enjoy properly running car....

there might be a step 1.5, but alarms really suck, and WTF is yours wired into the ignition system for? throw it out! anyone who's going to steal that car can disable the alarm in like 2 seconds

Well, in order for me to rip everything out, i first need to know where the original wires come from ;p

anothing note.. i managed to leave the car idling for about 2 mins.. but its running so damn rich! fuel fumes and blue smoke! lol.. very rough idle.

why is it so damn rich?

Can't see them clearly, but it looks like your stock ignition wires are still hooked up properly. A closer picture of the coil terminals and the wires connected to them would be helpful. I would start by removing the wires from the + terminals of the coil that go to the alarm. Is there still power to the coils when the alarm wires are removed?
