A couple of weeks ago my ignition switch broke so i started my own DIY switch panel. I got everything wired up and working (fan, fuel pump, starter button) except my ignition toggle switch. I dont know how to wire it up 😡 if anyone knows what wires with colors go to what and how to connect them to a 3 prong toggle please let me know.

Where did you get these diagrams? I looked in the FSM for the '85 and it's like reading hieroglyphics. Do you have a simpler one for the '85 GSL?

 

I gottem from ebscohost, EBSCOhost Login Login is "marshall" and password is "public". The automotive repair reference center or "arrc" is what you're looking for, second down in the first column, it has a decent auto repair database, not AllData, but pretty damn good for free.
