ive noticed - with my own experience and from posts on this forum, that if you let a 7 sit for a while, they are really hard to start. mine was sat for only a few days and i had to crank it like 5 times to get it to start. what causes this problem with rotary engines?

only problem with mine when i let it sit for like more than a week is a little bit of blue smoke when i fire her up...

i'm guessing the problem is a lack of oil on the sides of the rotor housing so that compression isn't enuf during the first few cranks? this is only my guess, so i'm prolly wrong

My Cosmo was a different story. It fired up too easily after sitting for several months. I was in shock.

I know 7's have a problem with flooding, but mine seems to do it much more often after sitting overninght in the rain. (no pun intended)
