Idle Speed Control, Cruise Control, Electronic Throttle?? for 1st Gen

Idle Speed Control, Cruise Control, Electronic Throttle?? for 1st Gen
Because of adding A/C and especially electric heat (much more of a load) I really need Idle Speed Control.
My Haltech ECU can control that (with the add-on mechanical stuff added), but a stand alone system would be fine also.
I also want cruise control.
Has anyone added these sort of things??
Audiovox sells a universal cruise control kit, but I could not find any other choices.
What I ultimately want is a "throttle by wire" system - a motor instead of a cable controlling the throttle body.
This is not so necessary for the RX-7 (but I would prefer it), but my 72 914 could really benefit from this.
Anyone know of anything like this??
