yep, its super easy.
open the hood, and look down, you can see the nut. pull the cotter pin out, loosen the nut, and the whole thing will come out the bottom.
then you can clean it up, put what ever grease you like, put the bushing on the bottom, put the arm back in. put the bushing on top, and tighten the nut and you're done.

The bolt doesn't come out, it's part of the arm. Unbolt the bracket from the frame of the car and pull that out instead.
If you want to take the whole arm out of the car, you'll need a tie rod puller tool to remove it from the center link.

It's a shame that Moog stopped making the replacement. I haven't touched my idler arm in 30 years...
Due to it's proximity to the exhaust manifold, the stock design tends to get cooked and the rubber bushings deteriorate quickly. Maybe a good case for polymer bushings instead, but I've never seen any for sale.

I went through two Moog idler arms in twenty-five or so years on my RX7 however, the installation of my MTheory rack and pinion kit eliminated the need for the idler arm, and I won't miss messing around with idler arms, or bushings anymore.
