Idle Problem... a little advice?

When i let my car idle once it's warm... it will idle at 1000, and then 5-10 seconds later, it will start to drop, shudder, and die unless i prod the gas pedal, and then it'll do the same thing.

There is nothing on the carb that i'm sure is set properly, i know nothing about how it's set other than that it runs. The timing is right on, thats about all i know. Fuel Pressure, and that stuff is all a concern when diagnosing this.

Do your thing guys, i'll be here all night, so if you need more info, just ask, and i'll let you know what i know.

It's a Dell'Orto 48 DHLA on a Racing Beat Intake on a stockport motor. I have NOT rebuilt the carb. I'm about to order a Rebuild Kit from CB Performance, what needle/seat size do i want?

also, one of my air bleeds (the things right "above" the idle mixture screws) is missing, and right now its got a cap in it so it dosent leak vaccuum, or rather, it leaks a little bit.

does CB Have these, and if so, what part number, or where can i get them. Cause i'm about to order a rebuild kit for the carb and an air cleaner (cause i dont have one on there now... could that be part of the problem?)

****... oh well, i'll re-torque my manifold/upper manifold/carb bolts and check for vaccuum leaks, and then poke a hole in my plug for the air bleed, to match the other one (cause those are controlled vac leaks as far as i know)

in the mean time, i orderd the rebuild kit, and a 3.5" tall air filter (yes, i measured first )
