Idle problem

ok i have a 13b with fi to carb conversion i have the problem with keeping the car running it will not idle under 2 grand throttle plates shut no intake leaks. any input?

Probably low compression. did it idle well b4 the transfer?? And is the oil pump still working? If not the APEX seals will not get lubricated and the motor will loose compression causing troubles at idle.
