U will have to provide a whole lot more info for someone to even begin to help you.* How long has it been sitting?* When did this problem start?* Does the problem go away when it warms up?* Anything u can think about post it.

Welcome to the forum and the Darkside. In my sig are links to the online FSM, carb manual and other rotary related readiing. Download whatever you need. When you post a question for trouble shooting help, you need to provide as many details as you can about the problem. That would include when it occcurs, under what conditions, what work you've done and what you've checked so far.

From you're brief description, and the cold weather, it sounds like the choke cable has broken and it won't run long enough to warm up. If that'a the case, you'll need to replace the choke cable and it's coressponding unit under the dash.
