idle

my car is idling really shitty.... i know its cold out but i think i could just adjust the idle on the carb.. if only i knew how to do it.. can some one telll me

Well first off what year do you have? Auto or manual transmission? How exactly is it idling shitty?

Colder weather shouldn't change the way the engine idles unless there's something wrong. Have you done any recent work, when's the last time you did a tune up, ran Seafoam through the fuel system, changed the fuel filter, etc..

In my sig is a link to the carb manual, that will show you what you probably don't need to adjust at this point.

if im at a stop light and its in neutral... if i leave my foot on the clutch pedal it will idle fine... but if i let go it will die most of the time.
