Idiot lights: seatbelt light intermittent, e-brake won't go off ('85)
These are just minor annoyances, but I'd like to get them fixed up. I'm sure that I can figure them out, but if this is a (fairly) common occurance and someone else can point me in the right direction, it'd save me a lot of time and trouble.
The seatbelt light comes on randomly and rarely, lighting up and sometimes beeping (when I haven't been driving for long?) . It doesn't matter if I have the belt on or not.
A few weeks ago, the e-brake light started coming on while driving. It seemed like I could get it to go off for a little while by pulling the e-brake, then letting off it... but now it's on all the time. I had this one figured for the little switch attached to the e-brake (especially after I found a broken black plastic clip lodged in it), but I've pulled it off and worked it manually... it doesn't work.
But I really don't know how it's supposed to work.

Wait okay, FSM says this thing must be hooked up to the master cylinder as well.
Low fluid?
Looks like I have a leak somewhere. I bled the system and topped it off less than 3 months ago.
