i really hate penn dot

so i got this car given to me. i have the title from the owner but the owner wasn't the person that gave me the car and hes not around i cant find him any where so i have to go threw this abandoned vehicle title bs its gonna take like a month just to get the title transferd and untile then the cars not mine and the original owner can just come and take the car so i can't really start putting any money into fixing yet this suck i hate the government watch us

No, hate the moron that sold you the car. Chalk this up as having learned to get a title when you buy the car and have one on hand when you sell it.

The BMV/DMV/DOT sucks, but titling of major purchases is worth the hassle and legal protection. Right now you stand to get screwed out of a car and the money you paid for it, and will be screwed out of your time doing paperwork. A title says that this car is yours. Unarguably, verifiably, and in big bold letters with all sorts of stamps and seals.

well i havent paid any thing for the car to start with thats why i didn't worry to much about that its just a royal pain in the *** the kid is gone he didnt want the car in the first place thats why he gave the title to the guy i got the car from but he left befor he signed it over so now i just have to prove that hes not a round its not that much cost wize its just a pain

if its my spelling i could care less
if its the fact that i got this car the way i did. i didn't know that the title wasn't in the guys name untill i had it at home allready
